Refund policy

At Sepal, we take pride in the quality of our clothing. Every item is carefully checked before shipping. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

 Return and Refund
• We only accept returns if:
• The item is damaged, or
• You received the wrong item from what you ordered 
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• With tags still attached
• Returned within 3 days of receiving the order
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Exchanges
• We currently do not offer exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items with makeup stains, scent, or any sign of wear.

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at hello.sepalmy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.
